Active Time Time spent on mobile phone doing deliberate activities. Example calling, playing games, listening to music etc.
Communication All activities related to voice calls, messaging ,being connected through Bluetooth or WLAN etc.

Browsing Internet activities for surfing or downloading.
Phone Management All activities related to phone navigation or phone security features
Productivity All other activities such as using office packages (like word, spreadsheet, slide presentations etc.) phone features or utility features.

Call Time spent on mobile phone on voice calls. Example Incoming call, outgoing call, video call etc.
Failed Calls Outgoing call with time duration of 0 seconds. Example because of connection error or when giving a missed call.

Medium Users Respondents with average active time between 5-15% of 24 hour day i.e. between 72 & 216 mins.
Low Users Respondents with average active time less than 5% of 24 hour day i.e. less than 72 mins.
